US Situation

Cartels of power (the British Crown, the Senior Executive Service (SES), BAR associations, corporations, the courts, the banks) have misdirected the path of the US from individual freedom for mutual benefit into a controlled society for the privileged.

In that a government holds legitimacy through its social contract with the citizenry, and in that the US Governments’ social contract is put forth on paper in the form of the Bill of Rights and the US Constitution, if the US Governments (feds, states) were to violate these contracts, they would be illegitimate as governments. And, they have violated these contracts in egregious ways:
